By downloading, installing, or using CueDrive (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CueDrive is a companion app for DJs and music collectors. It helps you browse, prepare, and play media from your own cloud storage. CueDrive is not a music store and does not grant you rights to music you do not already own or license.

2. Your content and responsibility

You must own or have the legal right to access and play the files you connect through CueDrive.
You are responsible for complying with copyright and licensing laws in your country.
You keep ownership of your files; they remain in your cloud account.

3. Accounts and cloud providers

You may need to sign in with a third-party account (for example Microsoft or Google) and authorize access to your drive. Their terms also apply. You must keep your credentials secure and may revoke access at any time via the provider or in the app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to break security, abuse APIs, interfere with other users, or use CueDrive to distribute infringing content.

5. Beta / early access

CueDrive may be offered as early access or beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. The Service is provided “as is” during this period.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueDrive is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback or perfect sync with third-party DJ software.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using CueDrive at any time and disconnect your cloud. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
